Our roll is made from chopped tender chicken meat, mature cheese according to a traditional recipe and marinated mushroom. It is wrapped by hand in pork veil and seasoned with a bouquet of Bulgarian spices. The perfect choice if you're hesitating about what to grill quickly and differently.

Defrosting instructions
Remove the product packaging! Put the desired amount in a plate or bowl and cover with cling film to prevent the meat from drying out! Put it in the fridge and in 24 hours it will be ready to use!
